Sour Cream Rolls

2 1/4 Cups Flour
2 T Sugar
2 1/4 t yeast
1 t salt
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Water
2 T Butter or margarine
1 Egg

Combine:  1 cup flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt in large mixing bowl.  Heat sour cream, water, and butter until butter melts/very warm.  Add to flour mixture.  Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.  Add egg and remaining 1 1/4 cup flour to make a soft batter.

Spoon evenly into 12 greased muffin cups.  Cover.  Let rise until double in size about one hour.

Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.

Easy and best of all your hands don't get all doughy
