Mint Oreo Pudding Pie
Made this for Thanksgiving today, it was yummy!
Mint Oreo Pudding Pie
9 inch pie crust
2 packages (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 3/4 cup milk
2 cups crushed mint Oreos (I left some large chunks in there, too)
whipped cream
4 mint Oreos, cut in half
Prebake pie crust as directed on packaging (you could make this a totally no-bake pie by using a premade graham cracker crust or a premade oreo. I used the oreo because I thought it made sense since it had oreos in it.). Cool pie crust. In a medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for two minutes. Stir in crushed Oreos. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight if possible. Serve with some whipped cream and an Oreo half for garnish. Put a dollop of whipped cream and put half and oreo on top.
